Indra's Net Live Open Mic & Lei Day Celebration Friday, May 1st | 7:00 – 9:00 PM | In-Person & Online
May 1st is Lei Day in Hawaiʻi — a celebration of beauty, generosity, and the art of connection. It is also the perfect evening to gather for Indra's Net Live Open Mic, inspired by the ancient metaphor in which every jewel reflects all others in an infinite web of interconnection. Like a lei, we are each a blossom strung together, each one essential to the whole.
This open mic is an invitation to share your voice — spoken word, poetry, music, storytelling, or whatever form your practice takes. Each offering becomes a jewel in the net, a flower in the lei, illuminating and being illuminated by every other. Whether you come to share or simply to witness, you are part of the weaving.
Join us in person at Zen Life & Meditation Center or from wherever you are via Zoom. All are welcome. All voices belong.
