Day in Our Village

Join us at the 50th A Day in Our Village, an Oak Park festival in Scoville Park for residents to learn about local businesses and community organizations in a fun atmosphere.  The event features information booths of over 100 organizations, live music, and food from local restaurants.  Zen Life and Meditation Center will host a booth to share information about meditation times, retreats, classes, and other ZLMC offerings, and Halau i Ka Pono Hula School of Chicago, ZLMC's sister organization, will give a Hula performance in front of the main stage at the event.  Come on by and visit ZLMC's booth and watch Hula at this wonderful event. For more information about this event, please contact Ken Hillman at ken.hillman@me.com
