Sunday Morning Zen
Enjoy Mindfulness Meditation and Fellowship with Others
Each Sunday morning, the Zen Life & Meditation Center offers a program from 9 to 11 am. The program includes meditation, tea, a dharma talk and discussion. The program is FREE and open to everyone. Come and enjoy a Sunday morning of gentle meditation practice, a talk, and fellowship with other like-minded friends.
