Retreat Guidelines

Thankyou for joining our retreat at ZLMC. This is an opportunity to step back from daily routines and gain a fresh perspective on life.

Core Practices:

1.     Maintain Noble Silence: Refrain from unnecessary talking. If communication is needed, do so quietly and mindfully. For at-home participants, observe the spirit of this practice within your circumstances.

2.     Cultivate Inner Focus: Avoid looking around or making sustained eye contact. This retreat is a time for self-reflection and inner work.

3.     Mindful Presence: Be aware of your energy and how you move through shared spaces. Adhere to the schedule and arrive punctually for all meditation sessions.
