Mindfulness Meditation Teacher

Christine DuSell

Christine is certified by ZLMC as a “Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher”.

Christine DuSell has been a member of ZLMC since 2010 and started her regular meditation practice shortly thereafter. She has served on the Center's Board of Directors and has participated in the sangha community as a daily meditation timekeeper and steward, study circle steward, women’s circle steward, ethics circle steward, and Sunday Morning Zen speaker.

Her undergraduate degree is in Social Welfare from Aurora University and she has a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She  worked in the human resources profession for 25 years.
