Learn how to meditate through these easy and comprehensive classes taught by teachers with years of meditation experience. The Foundation Series is the First Level of instruction in our Core Curriculum. The second level is the Zen Life series. This Foundations of Mindfulness series consists of 8 classes and two practice sessions. These classes will ground you in the fundamentals of living a Zen-inspired life.
Once you have purchased a class or series, simply arrive on the date of the class you wish to attend and you will be registered as a participant. Each week the same class will be taught on Tuesday night (7:00–8:30 pm) and Saturday morning (10:00–11:30 am). Each week you can choose to go to either class, depending on your personal schedule.
