Our meditation center will provide a comfortable environment and a Core Curriculum that will introduce you to Zen-inspired living and important tools for life application. We'll teach you how to do mindfulness meditation as well as provide tips for deepening your daily meditation practice. Among the many meditation groups in Chicago, our Zen Center is unique. When you learn mindfulness meditation in our sessions, you'll find that our teachings are friendly, simple, approachable and experiential. Anyone or any group can participate regardless of faith, belief, culture or prior Zen experience.

Get started today and learn mindfulness meditation through our core curriculum. We convene eight introductory classes and two practice sessions, collectively called the Foundations of Mindfulness Series, each quarter. You have a choice of taking the classes on Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings. All classes are taught by our trained Zen Life Instructors who have many years of mindfulness meditation experience. You will get trained in the techniques of mindfulness meditation.
