Strengthen Your Daily Meditation Practice
People often wonder what comes next after finishing the Core Primer Series. We have developed a six week Home Practice that we offer for FREE. It's a way to support you as you learn to empower yourself to live a Zen-inspired life with a strong foundation of regular mediation practice.
Students in the Primer Series receive a Home Practice Journal to help give them structure for doing this practice. We invite each student completing the Primer Series to take the challenge to meditate 20 minutes a day, five days a week.
Students can use the Home Practice Journal to keep track of their progress and to make notes about what may come up as they do the practice.
We also try to provide each student with a personal mindfulness mentor who will help support them and stay in contact with them during this six week period. Students and mentors may connect by email, phone, skype or in person.
Half way through the six week period we will gather for a circle meeting to share our experiences. The next Home Practice Circle will be on Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at 7 pm.
When you finish the Home Practice period, you'll be ready for the next step in the journey by taking a course in the Core Gateway Series.
