Skills Training Curriculum

Program Overview

This professional development program offers a deep exploration of collective mindfulness using modalities of neuroscience, mindfulness, psychology and Zen spiritual teachings, as they relate to stress, anxiety, resiliency, performance and community building. This program offers an opportunity to enhance performance, improve situational awareness, emotional intelligence, increase physical health and cognitive performance. It also helps develop leadership capacity, balancing operational demands with life beyond the job or task. 

Each week, we will look at a new thematic area—and you will be sent a link to a new wepgage of resources including:

  • Council Prompt of the Week
  • Reading/Listening/Watching Assignment
  • "Gratitude Journal" Writing Prompts (Daily and Weekly)
  • Practice Guidelines (Formal and/or Informal)
