Daily Gratitude Practice: Write down something for which you are grateful.
This Week's Reflection
Write a short reflection on the assignment this week:
- Is there potential for me to cultivate greater compassion for myself and others through mindfulness practices?
- How might this impact my performance on the job?
Formal Practice: 3–5 times this week do a 10–minute meditation
Informal Practice: Become an observer of yourself and your environment
Entering New Spaces (Mindfulness of Doors)
This practice is about bringing awareness to any transitions between spaces when you leave one space and enter another. As you walk through a door, take a breath (or, if tactically sound, pause before moving through the door). Pay careful attention to how you open and close the door when entering a new space.
