Summary of our Core Curriculum
Zen Life and Meditation Center offers a comprehensive core curriculum designed to provide principles and practices for living a Zen-inspired life. We need more than ever before, some practical guidance on how to have wisdom in our daily lives. Our curriculum will help you be more effective in your personal life, your relationships and in the world at large.
Our curriculum consists of three sections that will give you specific tools for living a transformed life of openness, empathy and clarity: the Primer Series, the Gateway Series and the Life Application Sessions. Each of these is a prerequisite for the next as we have given a lot of attention to a sequential learning process for optimal success.

We are confident that you will find this new approach to Zen practice relevant and helpful to your every day life concerns, sufferings, obstacles, challenges and ideals.
We want to make this affordable so any time you purchase a series of classes, you receive significant discounts. If you are either a practicing member or an advance member you receive additional discounts as well. To find out more about prices, click here.

"If your mind is always busy tormenting you, worrying about the future and reliving the past, give yourself a chance to live in the present moment by practicing meditation. The ZLMC teaches you how to do that. No tricks, no mysterious ideologies, nothing supernatural. Robert Althouse will show you how meditation is something that everyone can practice, no matter your religious beliefs, ethnic or social background, no matter your worldview. I am only at the beginning of my meditation adventure but I already feel calmer and simply happier. Mindfulness pays off ;-)"
