Registration
You can register for any of the following classes online or by phone. If you register with our online service, you will first need to set up an account there by going through a very simple sign in process. Once that is completed you can register for any of our program offerings using most major credit cards.
You may also register by calling our office at 708.445.1651.
If you are sending a check by mail, please make it out to "Zen Life and Meditation Center" and send it to 163 N. Humphrey Ave., Oak Park, IL 60302.
The following offerings are available through our Zen Life & Meditation Center:
Core Curriculum
(If you have not taken a class yet, sign up for the first class, Primer 1: Living a Zen Inspired Life) You may wish to register for the whole Primer Series at one time to receive a discount in the per class price. Once you have completed the Primer Series, you can register for the Gateway Series. And once you have completed this series, you can register for the Life Application Sessions. There are three tracks in these and you can take the tracks in any order you wish. They are:
Track1: Freeing the Mind: LA1a - Connecting to Your Deepest Aspiration, LA1b - Discovering Your Inner Richness, LA1c - Authentic Presence.
Track 2: Connecting with Others: LA2a - Increasing Empathic Awareness, LA2b - Building Effective Language Skills, LA2c - Advanced Authentic Expression
Track 3: Contributing Yourself to the World: LA3a - Honoring Values and Commitments, LA3b - Appreciating the Inter-dependency of Life, LA3c - Authentic Leadership.
