Getting Started

The best way to get started at Zen Life & Meditation Center is to enroll in ourCore Curriculum. Each class in the curriculum is a pre-requisite for the next class, so we ask that you take the classes in this order. First the Primer Series; then the Gateway Series, and then the Life Application Sessions.

The first class in the Primer Series is the Primer 1 class,: "Living a Zen-inspired Life.". The Primer series is taught every month, so if you miss a class in the series, you can easily make it up in following months. We have designed these classes to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs and your busy life.

All classes in the core curriculum cost just $20. And you can receive significant discounts by paying for any of the series of combinations of them at one time.
