The Zen Life & Meditation Center is located 1 block west of Austin Blvd and 1/2 block north of Lake St. in Oak Park. The address is 163 N. Humphrey Ave., Oak Park, IL 60302. It is centrally located between downtown Chicago and the Western Suburbs – only 30 minutes by car from Chicago Loop with easy, free parking. A few blocks from the Austin Green Line Station, the Center is located in beautiful Oak Park, Chicago's first Western Suburb.

By Train: The Zen Life & Meditation Center is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks from the Green Line Austin Station. From the Station, walk a half block north on Austin Blvd. Turn left at Lake St. and walk one block. Turn right and walk a half block north on N. Humphrey Ave. We are large green Victorian House on left side of street.

By Car:
(From Downtown Chicago) Drive west on Eisenhower Expressway (290). Turn right at Austin offramp and drive about 1 1/2 miles. Turn left on Lake St. Drive one block, turn right on N. Humphrey Ave. We are 1/2 block up on the left hand side of street.

(From Western Suburbs - Naperville - Downers Grove) Drive east on (56)(88). That runs into (290). Turn left at Austin offramp and drive about 1 1/2 miles. Turn left on Lake St. Drive one block, turn right on N. Humphrey Ave. We are 1/2 block up on the left hand side of street.

(From North Illinois) Drive south on (94). That runs into (294). Continue on 294 going south until you come to (290). Take that going east. Turn left at Austin offramp and drive about 1 1/2 miles. Turn left on Lake St. Drive one block, turn right on N. Humphrey Ave. We are 1/2 block up on the left hand side of street.
